We're discussing the matter of items restoration and exchanges handled by the admins in this thread.
From now on, limits on such adjustments will be significantly tightened!
Every day brings us roughly 10-20 appeals:
- to recover "mistakenly" discarded gear;
- to switch out incorrect items purchased from NPC vendors (for unsuitable classes, etc.);
- concerning "unintentional" disenchanting of equipment.
However, the majority of these "accidents" are anything but accidental. If an item's stats are randomly generated, discarding it presents an opportunity to obtain a potentially stronger version.
"Unintentionally" disenchanting items allows players to acquire higher-tier stones.
Restoring previously wrapped "accidentally" discarded items enables the reuse of wrappings and their subsequent sale. And the pattern continues.
This also pertains to the game shop. Be cautious with your purchases! We acknowledge some display issues with item attributes/statistics and intend to address these promptly..

Every item's URL contains its ID, accessible via any database.

Consequently, there is a drain on administration resources and a disruption in fair play.
Hence, we are dialing down such restorations/exchanges to almost nil!
In certain scenarios, restoration/exchange will proceed. Each case will be addressed individually.
Our key message is: engage thoughtfully and deliberate your actions!
Adhering to this principle will prevent 99% of "accidental" mishaps.
