Aion Riftshade

Hello, dear streamers,

Due to increasing misuse and complaints, there have been some modifications to our collaboration terms and reward protocols.

What's on the table for streamers?

We offer compensation in the form of donation coins (Ecoins) directly to your gaming account.

Updated requirements:

• A minimum streaming duration of 7 hours per week;
• At least 500 live views weekly;
• Active streams only – streams where your character is idle or crafting won't earn coins;
• All videos must be recorded on the channel;
• Interactive audience engagement (lots of comments) and real-time conversations with your viewers. Note that comments must be genuine and not self-inflated, robotic, or artificially boosted*;
• Audio is required (do not mute your videos);
• Weekly stats submission in the designated format (details below);
• Streams should be categorized under Aion and named Euroaion 4.6 or EA 4.6. Failure to meet this will result in reduced coin allotment.

*Random or nonsensical comments attempting to boost stats meaningless.

How many Ecoins are up for grabs?

The Ecoin amounts vary for each streamer based on their stats. The weekly cap is 3500 coins.

Attention Please! "Live views" only impact eligibility, not the coin amount you receive!

Rewarding procedure updates (19.02.2022):

Coins are credited on Mondays. Mondays are our designated days to process streamers' rewards!

Email us at [email protected] (every Monday) including:

• Channel link;
• Game username for Ecoin credits;
• Video link showing your past week's channel stats (Monday-Sunday):

Starting this Monday, application format changes – instead of screenshots, supply videos demonstrating the procedure of accessing weekly stats, setting the analyzed period, and other analytics. 

The video should cover:

• Average viewer count
• Max viewer count
• Streaming duration
• Active participants in chat
• Live views count

 

Videos can be uploaded to Google Drive, YouTube, Streamable, or kept on your channel, but not sent as an email attachment.
Ensure the file link is accessible!

While some might find this approach less convenient, it's our method to deter dishonest streamers from earning more coins than justified. We explored alternatives, including third-party services like TwitchTracker—but they present inaccuracies in data. Thus, sending a video is required.

Failure to meet requirements means no reward. Attempts to deceive or falsify information, including faking view/comment numbers, can lead to account bans. Further discussions will not be entertained.

Prohibited actions:

• Do not send info if your channel doesn't fulfill the criteria;
• Avoid sending details on non-Mondays;
• Refrain from submitting info across various platforms (email, forum, Discord) or spamming the email with multiple messages;
• If your coin tally isn't updated post-response, recall that display delays (due to server caching) exist. Wait about two hours before reaching out again. Occasionally, typing errors occur. Actions are logged, so this resolve is usually straightforward.

These protocols exist solely to expedite coin disbursement. By observing these guidelines, the process will be seamless and prompt.

The management retains the authority to decline or terminate collaboration without explanation.

Here's a look at the upcoming adjustments rolling out next week (23.10.2023, incentives coming on 30.10.2023):

Updated streamer guidelines:

• high audience engagement (numerous comments) and interaction (ensuring streams and recordings feature real audience comments. Automated or self-posted messages, along with boosted comments*, are disregarded);
• audio must be present (don’t mute videos);
• weekly provision of statistics in the designated layout (further info down below);
• streams must fall under the Aion category with the server name Euroaion 4.6 (or EA 4.6). Not adhering to this will lead to reduced coin earnings.

What can you gain in Ecoins?

The Ecoins you receive are personalized per streamer, calculated based on your metrics. Weekly max is 3500 coins.

Important notice! "Live views" don't alter your coin count. They only affect your program entrance!

Statistics must include these sections:

• average viewers
• peak viewers
• stream time
• unique chat participants
• live views

We just want to remind you all that the main goal is to bring more players to our server, not just provide freebies to streamers.
Coins are what we offer you as a thank you for promoting the project.

We're not keen on rewarding those who stream other Aion servers like EuroAion or EldenAion alongside ours. Some of you have already received warnings about this.

Also, we're keeping a closer eye on how giveaways are conducted on channels and will be implementing some rules surrounding them. Going forward, we'll assess participants more rigorously since many streamers boost this count with giveaways. 
We've made it mandatory that any giveaway must be at least 500 coins. Smaller giveaways won't count towards your rewards. 

We're tweaking the reward system a bit as well, so some differences might be noticed by streamers.

Mentioning the category and name of the Aion Riftshade server in streams is now a must, and not doing so will result in reduced rewards.
