Dear players, 

In case you got problems with logging in to the game and/or website,
Follow the instructions:
1. Restore the password on the website (with 'Forgot password').
2. Enter the game with the new passowrd and username (= account name/ login name). 
Remember the way you type your username (= account name/ login name): with upper or lower case or AnOthEr WaY.
3. Use the username on the website and in game in the same format (upper/lower case) that you used to access the game after the password restore.

If you're going to log in for the first time since 25/01/2024:
1.Enter the game and remember how you typed the username(=account name/ login name)
2. Use the same format to log in on the website and to enter the game.

The reason for such problems - new encryption algorythm. This is a compelled step that we took to reinforce the game accounts.
If you do not have access to your email or there's some other problem, please, post it in this thread.

Hello,

This is because you have another account on that email. On the current one you made a mistake in the email so no mail can arrive.

I was playing euroaion before, but I can't log in because I forgot my username. I have my account email. I can change my password, but I can't find my login username. What should I do?

You can request the username at our email - [email protected] 
Please, make sure to contact from the email linked to the account.
