Aion Riftshade

• only one entry is permissible from each participant per category;
• the contest piece must align with the theme of - "For Charming Ladies";
• screenshots or vids must be captured on our EuroAion server specifically for the “For Charming Ladies” challenge and should align with the theme of Aion tailored for the EuroAion server;
• all submissions must be enclosed under spoiler (the eye icon in the post creation menu) for better viewing and cataloging;
• vid submissions need to be uploaded to YouTube or any video hosting platform and remain accessible until contest results are announced;
• the logo or the name of our server must be visible on every submission. In "handmade" category, ensure the logo/name is on the actual piece (attaching a card with the name is allowed).;
• entries not satisfying the championship theme and conditions will not be part of the concluding vote for winners.
• FOR HANDMADE: it is obligatory to supply pictures/videos of the item's production.
   

Permitted:

• post-processing in editors like Adobe Photoshop;

Not Allowed:

• screenshots with visible game UI (conceal it with F12)
• inappropriate language;
• employing AI for the “Handmade” section;
• claiming someone else's creations as your own. Plagiarism or condition breaches will lead to disqualification.

Regulations:

• only one submission per participant per category (video, screenshot/collage or handmade);
• submissions must resonate with the theme - "For sweet ladies!";
• screenshots or event videos must originate on our server EuroAion prepared explicitly for the "For sweet ladies!" theme on Aion and for EuroAion server;
• all creations must be presented under a spoiler (eye icon in the post composition menu) to facilitate viewing and sorting;
• video entries have to be submitted to YouTube or any other video hosting service and be open for viewing until the results are declared;
• each contribution must bear the server logo or name. In the "handmade" section, the title must appear on the piece itself (provision of a card with the name is permitted).;
• FOR HANDMADE: it is necessary to show pics/videos of the crafting process;
• if your submission is not in line with the given theme and rules, it won't participate in the final winner voting.
