Perhaps you've already had your shot at acquiring lucky wings from a pet before. Well, here's the updated version they have in store for you. 

You may now procure an enhanced Headstrong Poroco Egg and distinct chow—Lucky coin—from pet vendors Unos and Katin in the faction capitals.
Feed lucky coins to your pet, and you'll be rewarded with a pouch. 

From this pouch, you might snag:

• Enchantment stone lv. 80 - 95 (1 unit)
  OR
• Brigade General Vasharti's Wings with distinct attributes (low probability - remember, it's still a lucky wing)
  • HP +530
    MP +369
    Flight time +95
    Magic suppression +33
    Strike Resist +53
    Spell Resistance +15
    Srtike Fortitude + 95

better farm General Vasharti at rentus

But it drops from <Major Headstrong Poroco Bundle>, not straight from pet.

I thought that i can get that straight from pet... and I fed it 300 times  no need, because I got that wings from maybe 40th bundle
