Florarinerk can be found in the capitals of the factions at the following locations:
Lady Daevas (from level 50) can receive a special quest from Florarinerk:
[Event/Daily] A Gracious Thought [ely] / [Event/Daily] A Gracious Hand [asmo]
As a reward for the quest you will receive [Event] Chocolate Box which can be gifted to the Gentle Daevas.
Items obtainable from the box:
[Event] Constitutional Chocolate - Increases your attack speed by 2% and physical crit by 20. (does not overwrite the scrolls).
[Event] Heartfelt Chocolate - Increases movement speed by 5% and XP by 30%. (does not overwrite the scrolls).
[Event] Loving Chocolate - Increases your item drop rate by 10%. (cannot be used with other items giving similar effect)
[Event] Scintillating Chocolate - Increases casting speed by 2% and magic boost by 20. (does not overwrite the scrolls)
All items can be used within 10h upon obtaining them.
Gentle Daevas (from level 50) can receive a special quest from the Flower Racks located behind Florarinerk:
[Event/Daily] A Noble Mission [ely] / [Event/Daily] A Gallant Mission [asmo]
As a reward for the quest you will receive [Event] Flower Basket. You can gift it to the Lady Daeva of your choice.
The basket contains:
[Event] Scintillating Rose - Increases your attack speed by 2% and physical crit by 20. (does not overwrite the scrolls).
[Event] Amorous Tulip - Increases movement speed by 5% and XP by 30%. (does not overwrite the scrolls).
[Event] Beauteous Rose - Increases your item drop rate by 10%. (cannot be used with other items giving similar effect)
[Event] Scintillating Tulip - Increases casting speed by 2% and magic boost by 20. (does not overwrite the scrolls)
All items can be used within 10h upon obtaining them.
The items [Event] Chocolate Box and [Event] Flower Basket are meant to be exchanged in order to be used.

As a reward for the quest you will receive [Event] Lovely Bouquet that can be used on the other characters to grant them beverage effect and DP restoration bonus.

The quest gives you a Spring Consumables Bundle containing useful consumables.
