As winter completely embraces us, capital cities shine in festive decor, and with Christmas and New Year approaching swiftly, we're thrilled to announce the long-awaited contest!
Competition ongoing from 23.12 to 10.01
Announcement of winners: 16.01
Creations Categories:
1) capture/montage;
2) real-world photo or video;
3) handmade creations;
4) in-game festive video.
Guidelines:
- only one creation can be entered from each contestant per category;
- the creation should align with the competition's theme - "Christmas Memories!";
- captures or videos shouldn’t have game interface shown; remove it using the F12 key.
- all contributions should reflect the Christmas/New Year essence and the Aion Riftshade community spirit;
- entries must be hidden under spoilers (the "eye" icon in the post menu) for easy viewing;
- video submissions need to be on YouTube or another video host, accessible until results are published;
- the logo or the name of Aion Riftshade should be visible on each entry. For the "handmade" category, the logo/name should be part of the creation itself or added on a card beside it;
- if a submission doesn’t meet the theme or rules, it won't be taken into account during the final vote;
- photographic documentation of the process is required for handmade category submissions.
Permitted:
- editorial enhancements using tools like Adobe Photoshop;
Restricted:
- captures with interface; hide with F12 key
- any profane/offensive language;
- AI use for “Handmade” category;
- replicating others' work. Plagiarists or rule violators will face disqualification.
Submission protocol:
- Entries should be shared in the designated thread
- Participants must include their nickname and category beside their creation(s).
Judging of entries:
The winning piece will be chosen by the Aion Riftshade team.

Every contributor will gain:

Reward for winners:
- Top winner - 3000 ECoins + 5 Tempering solutions + 30-day premium account + any item appearance available in the game (even if it's not in the shop, existing in the client. 1 piece. Full set for sets, but not mixed sets). Items non-rewardable: those sold by NPC Velma (ceramium medals and blood marks vendor).
- Second winner - 2000 ECoins + 3 Tempering solutions + 15-day premium account + any available item appearance in the game (excluding set items). Non-redeemable items: those sold by NPC Velma (ceramium medals and blood marks vendor).
- Third winner - 1500 ECoins + 1 Tempering solution + 7-day premium account
