I'm not even sure GF know when they'll have/release it, so it'll arrive when it'll arrive x)

i hope also 7.7 arrives december but not sure....especially since in korea 7.7 consists of a lot of minipatches.

Patch 7.7 will be realesed soon. Unfortunately, today Gameforge has no answer on this question from NCSoft.
News about 7.7 will be published on the forum in the News and Announcements section, when GF gets the information and the rest from NC.
