Dear Daevas,
As you know, the new Hero Trials have been added to the game on 05.03. Since then, we are encountering many issues and the outcome is far from being satisfying.
First and foremost, we would like to apologize for the inconvenience to all of you. It is true that we spent a lot of time on developing this feature and yet is it not working the way we would like to. We want to ensure you that we are also not happy about this situation.
Despite those obstacles, we will not give up and are putting currently relentless efforts into making it work properly. We already added some patches and fixed some of the issues last week. Yesterday, another patch was implemented, and we have good hope that it will solve most of the problems. The major problem was that the quest progress was not tracked correctly in some cases, thus resulting in the quests never being completed.
We just kindly ask you for your patience again as we will keep on fixing errors and improving the system over the next days.
