Hi! sorry to bother you but I have submitted a ticket on "https://aion.support.gameforge.com" which is supposed to be the official support for this game for 3 days now and got no reply yet is this even possible?

Last Wedensday, I was in game like everyone else to find myself suddenly banned for no reason. Does this happen very often? I need explanation I've really put much effort and time into this account and now it is gone easily for no reason.

Additionally, I asked for an item reimbursment 2 weeks ago but got nothing. All I received was a message saying be patient. for how long?
