Buying and activating a Gold Pack
1. From Store
For your own Character
For a Character on your friendslist
To gift from store doesn’t require an active Gold Pack, but the player you want to gift to needs to be on your friendslist. If you add someone new, it might take a while till the player shows up on your friendslist in the store.
Activation
To activate the bought Gold Pack, either call the Postman - Shugo or go to the mailbox, and open it – you will find a black cloud mail, take the Gold Pack out of the mail and into your inventory.
Mailbox
can be found in all bigger cities, double-/right-click it
Postman Shugo
Click the green parcel that shows that you have express mail, then the Postman Shugo appears. Be aware, that after you sent him away, it will take a while till you can summon him again.
Click on the received mail with the Gold Pack from Black Cloud Merchant, take the Gold Pack.
Open your inventory and double-/right-click the Gold Pack to activate it
2. From Broker
The Gold Pack is the one thing you can buy from Broker even though you are a starter. Therefore go and search for “Gold Pack” – you will also be able to browse the broker for everything else, though you only can buy the Gold Pack. Open your inventory and double-/right-click the Gold Pack to activate it
3. From Player Stores
You will only be able to buy from other players in stores when you have an active Veteran or Gold Pack account. Open your inventory and double-/right-click the Gold Pack to activate it
