As the title say i Just get banned after trying to buy Aion coins from shop wth?!
I was online in game at the same time, i Just get disconnected from server while i did the payment then i tryed log again in shop by the browser and it said something like "problem with the activation of account"
Tryed a second time and it said my account Is banned, then i tryed log in client and get this:
You've been banned due breaking the guiedelines and user policies, because you used software that is not permitted for use in game by the company.
I dont use any "software", always played in my free time just for fun but now its not even fun anymore if i have to lose time with those Company problems and bug that ban ppl at random when they try to buy from shop
That's bs, just want to buy coins with the Happy hour, also i was farming crystals no stop to get the form collection boost before event end but even if they unban me i dont think i gonna finish it in time....
