Hello. I finished my Officer quest but i cant find the General quest. I know its from Votan in Primum Landing but dont see it there. Any clue?

keep in mind that if you wanna get the General kill quest you must complete the Star officers and also be a star officer at least 1*, then you are gonna be able to get the General kill quest!
