First off, sorry for my not-so-great English.

I wanted to share a handy tip for gathering cera medals.

 

This tip is for folks like me who can't game mostly solo or deal with game timings due to time zone differences, and being newbies, teaming up for instances is tough.

 

Gather mithril medals via the tiamat siege, daily and weekly quests in tiamat. 

Afterward, at base 87,
Mithril medals can be exchanged for ceramium medals with some luck at an NPC.

If your quest doesn't finish the mithril medal part, stash it in the warehouse and retrieve it later.
