How do i buy ecoins ?

On that enot thing i get a visa card option hit payment button and then it says Error pay #730. ??? 

And the other options i cant figure out how to use it. 

Is just figured out how to pay with ethereum succesfully, but i still have 0 ecoins. Does it take time until it's done?
