Aion Riftshade

Hello! 

I bought a skin a long time ago.
When I started a new character, I immediately used it.
Not knowing that I wouldn't be able to use this skin again. I only noticed it recently.


How can this issue be resolved? And is it possible at all?  In order to know for the future.
