Hey, welcome to EA. There're many ways to obtain ceraniums, and I’ll list a few below. If I overlook anything, hopefully, someone can chime in:

- Kata/Dana and Abyss sieges

- MKK (the three top-tier abyss fortress instances—Miren, Kysis, and Krotan. You can only participate if your faction secures the fort, yielding 1 ceranium per fort)

- OB (Ophidian Bridge, the 6-player PvE instance where the last boss drops a pouch with ceranium fragments or rarely, a ceranium medal. Accessible 4 times a week)

- EB (Eternal Bastion, the 24-player PvE instance available daily, rewards 4 ceraniums if rank S)

- Sillus solo instance gives 1 ceranium daily if achieved rank S. Many guides on YouTube can assist in reaching the rank

- You can trade 1 mithril medal and 10 ceranium fragments for a chance at 1 ceranium medal

- Silona instance for 6 players, available daily providing 1 ceranium if rank S is achieved (not entirely sure, I haven’t done this instance in ages)

Correct me if I forgot any methods.

Correction: OB / JMR PvE pouch has a solid 75% chance to drop a whole medal - not minor at all!
