Aion Riftshade

Hello, I've been focusing on enhancing my Templar lately, but I'm unsure about which weapons to choose.

I currently have a full set of BM gear complemented by manastones (achieving an accuracy of 3k and the rest in crit).

My next target is acquiring a complete Sauro PvE set, and I've also managed to get the Sauro GS.

 

Should I go for a Sauro sword & shield? Is investing in a mace worth it for PvE purposes? (I've heard it's supposedly superior for certain PvE scenarios)

What weapons and gear should I prioritize? It's all quite overwhelming..

in pvp, focus on M. Accuracy and attack + get a mace for the magic boost. You've got 2 skills that scale with magic boost, making it crucial to grab the Ap gear. Best to start with accessories and weapon to inflict some decent damage since a templar's hard to work with poor gear in pvp. For PvE, feel free to go with sword and shield and tank away. No need to hassle yourself over PvE gear; hp block does the trick. Also, you should understand the templar playstyle—some go dps stigmas, others prefer resist and block stigmas.
