Hi, what exactly can I do with all the Silona / Pradeth / Silus Crests..?

Those are rewards from sieges in danaria and katalam, you can get them doing sieges and you might have medals from Pradeth, Silus, and Silona so you can exchange them for a bag(Overflowing Ancient Relic Bundle) with ap there's an image below showing the location for it.

 

NPC -> Latohum (Blood Marks npc's)
