Pecherolin - Supervisor Squiller | GAME AION

After many hours of searching for this supervisor (both day and night) I was not able to finish this mission. I remember that in "original" AiON there was a bug, which did not allow you to finish the mission. I may be running this now on EuroAion ????????. there are three possible locations, but it does not appear in NPC. Any help? Thanks
