Palaces in the housing area

So I know this will sound a bit weird but as I like housing a lot I passed several times near the palaces in Pernon and I saw them always closed and no owners label. I guess the person who owns them simply chose to be anonymous or are they bugged?

Never seen such closed properties in Pernon so just curious
