If you want to hit level 65 quickly, here's what I suggest.

1-9 - Just obliterate mobs. It's super fast thanks to the starter gift weapons, and you can catch up on campaigns for future progress later on.

10-19 - Venture to Verteron/Altgard for campaign quests. Nothing else is necessary. At level 16, you might spot a dark blue quest for Haramel. Run it once for extra XP, though it's not essential.

20-25 - Move on to Eltnen/Morheim and tackle all available campaign quests. If your XP is low, do light blue quests you fancy.

25 - Grab the dark blue quest for Nochsana Training Camp in Eltnen/Morheim, plus all 3 light blue quests from the new Nochsana NPCs. Find a group holder and dive into Nochsana, cleaning the instance and completing quests to hit level 27.

27-35 - Stick to campaign quests. Complete your Abyss entry quests and finish your Abyss campaigns. Plenty of yellow quests will get you to 35, supplement with blue ones if needed.

35-45 - Explore Aetherogenics Lab (for Elyos) or Alquimia Research Lab (for Asmodian), clearing fully. This should give you at least one or two levels. Then, complete your campaigns. If campaigns are lacking, one more clear in AL/ALR should do it. Hold off on XP amulets.

45-50/51 - Complete Theobomos/Brusthonin campaigns, then take quests for Adma/Theo Lab (opposite faction, aka. Asmodians do Theo Lab and Elyos do Adma Stronghold) and enter the dungeon. No need for a complete clear - just do the repeatable quests and exit. Complete quests five times. If needed, grind mobs in Adma/Theo or blues in Brusthonin to hit 50.

Color (growth) quests are important; complete them during leveling for great rewards like manastones, a godstone, golden stigmas, and more.

50-53 - Run Inggisson/Gelkmaros campaigns until reaching Taloc's Hollow. Complete your stigma quest in Taloc. Level to 53 with leftover campaigns or blue quests if needed.

53-63 - Head to Beshmundir Temple. Solo or duo it depending on your class. Keep farming Beshmundir Temple's normal mode. XP amulets, if you have any, can be used here. White, green, and blue drops should cover the cost of reset scrolls and potions you might need.

63-65 - Complete all campaigns in Sarpan, Tiamaranta, Katalam, and Danaria. Not 65 yet? Finish up with Blood Mark/Battle Medal weekly quests in Katalam and Danaria camps.
