Display MoreHi Daevas,
It’s Syd here, your Aion Classic Product Manager at Gameforge. Wanted to take a moment to give you a behind-the-scenes glimpse on what's in store for the rest of the year and how we're addressing your feedback.
First off, our roadmap.
We're shooting for a late October/early November release for Update 4.0. This update is packed with features like the Luminess class, fresh PvE and PvP instances, and an entirely new map that'll be the hub of activity. We're also layering in loads of QoL improvements. Plus, we're tying this in with Update 4.0 Part 2, which includes class adjustments based on your input about Luminess and balance issues from Part 1. It’ll make everything feel more polished and enjoyable right from the get-go.
There's also a special treat in the works: a unique, time-limited event server slated for late Q4. It'll be similar to the Wind Server from other regions. We're ironing out the regional details, and we'll keep you looped in as soon as we can.
Now, about some ongoing concerns:
We're having regular chats with our game ambassadors, which have been productive. These meetings have provided valuable insights and serve as an added avenue of input alongside the feedback from our Community Managers. Because of this, we've put several region-specific change requests in with NC. These include better item and kinah drops and tweaks to make certain encounters a tad easier. Once confirmed and tested, we’ll share all changes with you. This is all part of our commitment to making your adventures in Atreia more rewarding and acting on your feedback wherever possible.
Faction balance remains a priority, particularly for our Asmodian players. To address this, in early August, we're rolling out catch-up mechanics to help them gear up faster and be more competitive during sieges in Balaurea. Plus, we’re working on targeted events, including special boss appearances to help earn kinah and gear for Asmos. As announced by NC, a Faction Change Ticket is in the works, set for release with Update 4.0 Part 3, targeted for Q1-Q2 next year in the EU.
When it comes to game crashes, we know how frustrating it is. NC is investigating the issue. Similar problems have recently been resolved in Aion Live, so we’re hopeful for updates soon. Thanks for your patience—rest assured, it's not being ignored.
Cheating continues to be a tough issue for everyone. Since Update 3.0 last November, we've banned over 5,000 accounts for outright cheating and botting. It can be frustrating seeing shady activity persist despite this, but your reports are crucial in fighting cheaters. Keep using our official Support Platform to report any incidents, as it's the only valid way to do so. Discord isn’t the place for it. When you submit a ticket, always include an unaltered video or screenshot showing the behavior and exact time it happened. Understand that every ban has to meet clear, legal proof standards. This thorough process may make it seem like nothing's happening, but every report is reviewed. Your ongoing support is invaluable, and we appreciate your patience and cooperation.
We truly value your feedback and aim to keep improving Aion Classic for everyone. Thank you for being part of the game. We're excited for you to dive into all the upcoming updates we’re prepping and look forward to the adventures ahead.
Until next time,
Syd

Das ganze noch einmal in die Übersetzung, danke!
However, let me highlight something. If you're seeking more stability and less frustration, I've been trying out Aion Riftshade—a fresh private server coming in Q1 2026. It's impressive! With integrated features like a MyAion-style DPS meter, top-tier server-side anticheat, and premium hosting in Frankfurt providing the lowest ping. The GMs and developers are super active on the Discord, which makes it a really engaging and bug-free experience. Worth checking out for serious Daevas looking for a change!
